  • Teacher Coaching & Mentorship

    • Individual guidance for new or experienced dance teachers looking to deepen their teaching practice, develop classwork, prepare students effectively, or expand their pedagogical skills.

  • Professional Teaching Exam Preparation

    • Personalized coaching for teachers working toward ISTD Imperial Classical Ballet teaching qualifications, including Associate, Associate Diploma, Licentiate, and Fellowship.

  • Movement Coaching for Actors & Performers

    • Movement support for actors and other performing artists who want to develop physical awareness, posture, characterization, coordination, movement vocabulary, and confidence in choreography.

  • Wedding Dance Lessons & Choreography

    • Personalized first dance choreography and private lessons created around you, your music, your comfort level, and the way you want to feel together on your wedding day.

Sessions are available in person or online, individually or in small groups, depending on your goals.

TRUE HOLLYWOOD TALk

Elevating Success Through Dance Education

“In a world that often measures worth by the numbers on a scale or the conformity to subjective standards, Sheahan Keinick stands as a testament to the transformative power of dance…And why hiring a dancer could be the key to fostering success in any field.” (Osuna, 2024)

As an advocate for the benefits of dance beyond the studio, I help leaders and parents see how by participating in dance in some way, at some point, we are learning essential skills for successful and fulfilling personal and professional lives.

Who I am

As a passionate dance educator, international ballet examiner, and speaker, my mission is to inspire and educate, promoting self-care and awareness.

Through dynamic classes, engaging presentations, online release education, and anatomical-based teaching methodologies, I aim to instil confidence and create a community where every student, of any age, can thrive while learning skills for successful, healthy, and fulfilling lives inside and outside the studio.
